| Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day and are processed by us within 48hours.Ordering is easy and safe.Enter in our online shop.Surf and select your products. To add your selection in the cart, click on ADD TO CART.Once the product is in the cart, you can always cancel or change the quantity at any time later on.If you apply any modification to the order, be sure to click on UPDATE.Once the order is completed, from the main bar on the top select ORDER and follow the simple instructions supplied by the system. |

| If shipment has not been made you have the possibility to cancel your order sending an email to customerservice@domodesigner.com indicating the code number of your order and the products you are willing to cancel.We will then stop the order and provide to credit any amount paid by bank swift or to cancel any operation made with your credit card. |

| Once you have sent your order, a first automatic response as confirmation will be sent together with the order code number and description. |

| You can also pay your orders by bank swift.To process your order we will ask you to make a bank transfer for the 10% of the entire order value at the bank address we indicate.When order is ready for shipment you will be asked to transfer the remaining value so enabling us to ship goods.
